How do I nominate?
You can nominate for the Hamilton Island Cup online at www.aocra.com.au

Note, this is the only method for nominations and payments.

Nominations close at 5pm on Monday 31st May 2010. Late nominations will attract a late fee of $15.00 per person, per event.

How do I get to Hamilton Island?
Both Jetstar and Virgin Blue fly directly to Hamilton Island every day. Check out their websites for good value fares.

Where do I stay on Hamilton Island?

When should I book my accommodation?
Please use the booking forms and book your accommodation as soon as possible. See the accommodation section of this site for booking forms. How do I book an escort boat?
Fill out the escort boat request form (go to the entry forms section of the site) and return it to us as soon as possible. Please don’t leave this to the last minute!!

Do I need insurance?
All International competitors attending the Hamilton Island Cup 2010 are required to provide their own travel insurance which covers their participation in the event. This is a condition of entry.
